a file-based task manager

Most task managers make you write a task, then go find the thing it's about. Omino skips that step — share a screenshot, email, PDF, letter, or voice note straight into Omino, and that file is the task. Nothing to re-type, nothing to lose context on.

It's just as good for filing as it is for doing — receipts, letters, and reference docs stay searchable and actionable long after the task part is done.

How it works

Capture → Do, Schedule, Later, or One Day → Done

No inbox, no triage pile. Everything captured lands straight in the to-do list — ready to do now, schedule, or archive for later reference. Later and One Day hold the rest: things that need doing but aren't urgent, or things you don't want to lose but aren't ready to date. Tags allow you to organise your tasks dynamically, making it easier to focus on what you need to in the moment.

What it does

Capture text, images, PDFs, and audio directly as tasks or files
Full-text search, including OCR'd images and transcribed audio
Tappable links, emails, and phone numbers auto-detected inside images
Tag-based organising — no folders, filters persist as saved workspaces
Schedule or snooze items to resurface exactly when due
Later and One Day lists for things not yet worth a date
Notes with checklist items
