the short version
Omino stores what you capture — text, images, PDFs, audio, and their transcriptions — in Apple iCloud, tied to your Apple ID. There is no separate Omino account and no Omino server.
data collection
Omino does not operate its own backend. There are no Omino accounts, no sign-ins, and no Omino-run analytics.
your content
Everything you capture into Omino — including audio transcriptions generated on-device — is synced via your personal iCloud account, the same as Apple's own apps. It is not uploaded to any Omino-controlled server.
third parties
Omino does not share your content with third parties. Sync and storage are handled entirely by Apple's iCloud infrastructure, subject to Apple's own privacy policy.
apple app store
Omino is distributed via the Apple App Store and Mac App Store. Apple may collect usage and crash data subject to their own privacy policy.
